Chad brings his experience as a lawyer, technology leader, and military officer to Cohn Financial Group and its clients.  His diverse background and focus on complex issue management are well-suited for the ultra-affluent and corporate markets that Cohn Financial Group serves.

“It is quite fascinating how life products can be used to help solve complex financial and tax issues,” Chad explains.  “With the support of an intelligent and dedicated team of professionals, life insurance can provide unmatched security and financial performance.”

Chad holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, and is a licensed Arizona Life and Health Insurance producer.  He is also a non-practicing member of the State Bar of Arizona. Chad earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Duke University.  He served four years in the U.S. Air Force as an aircraft maintenance officer, which included combat duty with a squadron of F-15E fighter jets.  After law school, he practiced as a complex civil litigation attorney.  Most recently, in London and Chicago, he ran the EMEA and development operations at a financial-industry software firm. 

Chad lives in Phoenix with his wife and their three children.  He is a member of the United States Tennis Association, and is a volunteer coach for the Junior Team Tennis program.
