Mari Beresford
Executive Assistant

Mari Beresford

Having been with Cohn Financial Group since 2001, Mari is an Executive Assistant who "delights" in supporting the firm’s Consultants and Management Team. She is responsible for all client and workshop presentations as well as the firm’s graphic and visual materials, and is a Notary Public.

Mari says that, "The greatest thing about Cohn Financial Group is the 'We can do it!' attitude. We welcome the most challenging cases and take great pride in accomplishing the unexpected. Our clients are our main concern and helping them is our focus. I most enjoy working as a team to reach a common goal."

An Arizona native, she attended Arizona State University and lives with her husband, James, and 2 sons—whom she describes as "the most amazing children ever!"

Having both of their sons diagnosed with autism, Mari and her husband are heavily involved with the special needs/autism community. They volunteer for the Miracle League of Arizona and are members of the ASA (Autism Society of America)—Greater Phoenix Chapter, and SARRC (Southwest Autism Research & Resource Center), plus they are both on the PTA at their sons’ elementary school and serve as "room co-parents" in both their classrooms. They also enjoy photography, travel, movies, and hiking/exploring this beautiful state.
